Neely, who hails from Louisiana, brings over 30 years of experience in land and commercial real estate to Beau Box Commercial Real Estate. Neely holds a real estate license in both Florida and Alabama. Having earned a B.S. and an M.B.A. in Marketing from Louisiana Tech University, he has extensive experience in marketing, negotiation, sales and research in the land industry. He has worked with a wide variety of properties, including oil & gas, commercial and industrial properties in Louisiana. Having moved to Florida a few years ago, Neely is looking forward to working with clients in the Florida Panhandle and the Alabama Gulf Coast.
