During preparation and study for the Louisiana Real Estate License Test, you’ll be hired to work on projects, gaining valuable experience in the field.
Elgibility
Student must be a Junior or Senior in college.
Responsibility
You’ll be tasked by the office manager with a variety of duties
You’ll will have access to study time for the Real Estate License Test when not actively working on a project
Once you pass the test, you are eligible to apply for the Intern to Agent Transition Program

Resposibilities
Upon beginning of the Intern to Agent program, intern’s hours will be reduced to 20 hours per week (4 hours per day/5 days per week) and will be scheduled with Director of Operations or the Office Manager, providing the intern with opportunities to shadow
senior agents.
For the first ninety (90) days, all interns will be mentored by senior agents.
Interns will follow the outlined agent training goals during this 90 day period.
All initial licensees are required to complete forty-five (45) post-license education hours within one hundred eighty (180) days after the initial license date. Post-licensing education courses are available through LREC approved education providers.
At the completion of the initial 90 day period, intern will meet with Beau to discuss next steps and continue to follow the outlined Agent Training Goals.
