Our process

1. Set Goals

Together we discuss your corporate goals and objectives for the new development. Our consultants want to understand your project completely before starting to ensure that all details are accounted for before starting the planning phase.

2. Predevelopment

Once the goals are set, we conduct extensive research into wetlands, acreage, environment, site-planning, utilities, and zoning to determine how to achieve those goals as well as detailed cost analyses. During this stage, we determine the best location, construction size, and requirements that must be met before moving to the development.

3. Development

Once the project has been deemed feasible and resources acquired, we move into the development stage. During this time, we coordinate with all teams working on the project including contractors and legal professionals. In addition to planning and attending all meetings, we also monitor costs and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
