Bryant Butler joined Beau Box Commercial Real Estate in 2020 after graduating from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. Since joining the firm, Bryant has brokered more than 150 transactions with assignments spanning tenant and landlord representation, asset dispositions, investment sales, and REO / receiver sales. He has been recognized as a top producer for the company for the years 2023-2025.

Bryant has worked across multiple asset classes including retail, land, multifamily, industrial, and office, with his primary proficiency in retail leasing and acquisition/disposition assignments. Representative current and past clients include Tesla, Tailored Brands, CarMax, Catalyst Healthcare Real Estate, Sila Realty Trust, Baker Hughes, Rialto Capital, multiple regional financial institutions (site acquisition and REO/receiver assignments), as well as numerous local and regional tenants, owners, and developers. Bryant is a member of ICSC and is a multiple-time CoStar Power Broker award winner for retail lease transactions.
